Your Guide, Not Your Guru
You’ve Managed Everything
Except Your Own Nervous System
Vildan Alihodzic is a PKP Kinesiologist in Moorabbin who’s genuinely curious about what’s keeping you stuck. He works with executives who’ve ticked every box and still feel like they’re one bad week from falling apart. His job isn’t to fix you, it’s to read what your body has been trying to say and guide you in releasing it.

His Story
From surviving
to understanding
I know exactly what it looks like to function well while running on stress. I did it for years.
Anxiety, chronic exhaustion, a nervous system stuck on high alert that no amount of self-discipline would quiet. I came to PKP Kinesiology more out of curiosity than hope and what I found was a language my body already knew. The patterns I’d been managing started shifting at a level nothing else had reached.
That led me into 18 months as head kinesiologist at a leading holistic rehabilitation facility, working daily with people in deep nervous system distress and complex trauma. It showed me what patterns actually move when the body is given the right space.
That experience shapes how I work now. I’m not here because I figured it all out, I’m here because I know what it feels like when something actually moves.

The Approach
Intelligent, grounded,
body-led
PKP Kinesiology works at the level where stress lives, not where it shows up and muscle monitoring is how we get there.
Sessions are trauma-informed and structured around what your nervous system is actually ready for, no pushing, performing or having to explain your whole history again.
In a session, we work with
- Your nervous system, calming it so you’re not always on edge or shut down
- Emotional and energetic blocksthat keep you feeling stuck or “too much”
- Self-sabotaging beliefs that once kept you safe but now hold you back
- Epigenetic imprinting, the patterns carried through family lines and culture
Drawing on Chinese medicine, gentle muscle monitoring, somatic awareness, energetic balancing, emotional release, and clear intention, we create a space where your system can finally soften, release, and realign.
Qualifications
PKP Kinesiology training and certifications
01
PKP Certified Kinesiologist
Professional Kinesiology Practice
PKP (Professional Kinesiology Practice) is one of the most advanced kinesiology modalities in Australia. It combines muscle monitoring with psychological and physiological kinesiology to address stress, burnout, and nervous system dysregulation at the level they are held. Vildan Alihodzic is a certified PKP practitioner at Intelligentle Healing in Moorabbin, Melbourne.
02
Trauma-Informed Practitioner
Trauma-sensitive somatic practice
Trauma-informed practice means each session is paced to where your nervous system is ready, not where you think you should be. Vildan is trained to work with stress and trauma stored in the body, including patterns that do not respond to talk-based approaches alone.
03
Continuing Professional Development
Somatic and Nervous System Research
Vildan keeps active CPD in neurology, physiology (fascia) and nervous system research. As the evidence base for how the body holds stress, burnout, and trauma evolves, so does the work.
FAQ · Vildan & PKP Kinesiology
Who is Vildan Alihodzic?
Vildan Alihodzic is a certified PKP Kinesiologist based in Moorabbin, Melbourne, and the founder of Intelligentle Healing. He works with burnt-out executives and senior professionals whose nervous systems have been running on accumulated stress, often for years. Vildan trained in PKP (Professional Kinesiology Practice), one of the most comprehensive kinesiology modalities in Australia, and practises in a trauma-informed way.
What is PKP Kinesiology?
PKP Kinesiology, or Professional Kinesiology Practice, is a body-based health modality that uses muscle monitoring to identify where stress, burnout, and survival patterns are held in the nervous system. It combines muscle monitoring with neurology, psychology, Chinese Medicine and physiology to work at a level most talk-based approaches cannot reach directly. Vildan Alihodzic offers PKP Kinesiology sessions at Intelligentle Healing in Moorabbin, Melbourne, in person and online across Australia.
How is kinesiology different from counselling or talk therapy?
Talk therapy works top-down, processing experience through language and insight. Kinesiology works both top-down and bottom-up, accessing the subconscious mind and nervous system directly through muscle monitoring. Many of Vildan's clients arrive after years of counselling with real insight but no day-to-day change in how they actually feel. The difference is the access point: kinesiology goes to where the pattern lives in the body, not just where it shows up as symptoms.
Do I need to believe in kinesiology for it to work?
No, belief is not required. The muscle monitoring process used in PKP Kinesiology produces observable physiological responses. Most clients arrive sceptical and leave re-evaluating. If you are curious but not yet convinced, a free Burnout Clarity Call is a practical way to see what the work involves before committing.
Is kinesiology safe alongside existing medical care?
Yes. PKP Kinesiology is a complementary health modality designed to work alongside medical, psychological, and psychiatric care, not as a replacement. It does not replace your GP, psychologist, or specialist. Sessions are trauma-informed and paced to where your nervous system is ready. Nothing is forced. If you are currently receiving other care, PKP Kinesiology can complement that work without interference. Results vary. PKP Kinesiology is not a substitute for medical advice.
Where is Intelligentle Healing located?
Intelligentle Healing is based in Moorabbin, in Melbourne's Bayside area. Vildan sees clients across South-East Melbourne, including Brighton, Cheltenham, Sandringham, Hampton, Bentleigh, Caulfield, Carnegie, and Glen Eira, plus inner-Melbourne suburbs South Yarra, Toorak, Malvern, and the CBD. Online PKP Kinesiology is available across Australia.
Does Vildan work with trauma?
Yes. Vildan is a trauma-informed PKP Kinesiologist. Sessions are paced to your nervous system's readiness, and the work addresses trauma stored in the body, including patterns that have not responded to CBT or talk therapy. You don't need to recount your history. The body, not the story, is the access point.
What training does a PKP Kinesiologist need?
PKP (Professional Kinesiology Practice) is one of the most advanced kinesiology modalities in Australia. It requires comprehensive training in muscle monitoring, energy psychology, physiology, nutrition, and trauma-informed practice. Vildan Alihodzic completed his PKP certification and trauma-informed practitioner training before founding Intelligentle Healing in Moorabbin, Melbourne, and maintains active continuing professional development in somatic and nervous system research.
What does ongoing work with Vildan look like?
Most clients commit to four to eight PKP Kinesiology sessions to build momentum and assess what's shifting. Between sessions, the nervous system continues integrating the work. Clients commonly report changes in stress response, sleep quality, and the capacity to stay present without bracing. After your first session in Moorabbin or online, Vildan gives an honest read on what an ongoing pathway looks like for your specific nervous system pattern.
